The recent one- and two-star reviews mention charges after uninstalling, pages that break once live, and the price for very small stores [6].

## Data

On Build or higher you can export up to 20 pages at a time, but the .gempages file only imports into another GemPages store [4]. If you uninstall, your pages revert to the theme and GemPages deletes your data after 2 days [3]. The privacy policy says data may be processed in the United States and other countries, and it names no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification [5].
