# Judge.me: review and real cost

Collects and displays product reviews, photos and videos; the free plan has no order cap.

Verdict: Easy pick (8 of 8 checks). Rank 1 of 4 in Product reviews. Developer: Judge.me. Listing: https://apps.shopify.com/judgeme

Any Shopify store that wants reviews without a bill that grows with orders should start here, on the free plan or the flat $15 Awesome plan [1][2]. The catch is setup: several recent low ratings say simple changes take too long and need support's help [5].

## Monthly cost

| Store size | Plan | Per month | Arithmetic |
|---|---|---|---|
| 300 orders | Forever Free | $0 | Forever Free covers review requests, photo and video reviews and rich snippets with no order limit [2]. Add $15 for Awesome if you want reminders and integrations. |
| 2,000 orders | Forever Free | $0 | Same Forever Free plan; there is no order limit to outgrow [2]. Awesome stays a flat $15. |
| 10,000 orders | Forever Free | $0 | Same Forever Free plan at 10,000 orders [2]. Awesome stays a flat $15; nothing scales with orders. |

## Overview

Judge.me collects product and store reviews after an order is fulfilled or delivered, then shows them in widgets, carousels and star badges on your store [1]. Reviews can include photos and videos, and they sync to Google, Meta and the Shop app [1].

The free plan has no review or order limit [2]. The $15 Awesome plan adds reminders, AI tools, Google Shopping and integrations such as Klaviyo and Gorgias [1][2].

## Pricing

There are two plans: Forever Free and Awesome at $15 a month [1]. Neither price changes with orders, so a store doing 10,000 orders pays the same as one doing 300 [2]. Stores that want reminder emails or a Klaviyo link will need Awesome, which is still $15 [2]. There are no usage charges [2].

## Merchants

Judge.me is rated 5.0 from 48,170 reviews [1]. Merchants praise quick setup, the strong free plan and fast live-chat support [1]. Recent low ratings centre on setup that feels complex, reminder emails that did not go out, and a Google Shopping change that affected imported reviews [5].

## Data

You can export published, hidden or archived reviews as CSV. Files with more than 25 reviews arrive by email, and each file holds up to 100,000 reviews [4]. An API is also available [4]. Judge.me states it is SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified, runs on AWS and encrypts data at rest and in transit [3]. The hosting region is not published.
