ReConvert fits small and mid-size stores that want post-purchase and thank-you page upsells with A/B testing at a published price. The catch: the tier follows all store orders or upsell revenue, whichever is higher, and there is no documented way to export your data.

## Overview

ReConvert, now sold as Upsell.com, shows upsell and cross-sell offers across the buying journey: product page, cart, checkout, post-purchase, thank-you and order status pages [1][6]. Checkout offers need Shopify Plus [6].

Every feature is included on every plan. Tiers differ only by order volume and support level [2].

## Pricing

Up to 50 orders a month it is free. After that, Growth tiers cost $9.99 (100 orders), $19.99 (200), $39.99 (500), $79.99 (1,000) and $149.99 (2,000) [1][2]. Scale starts at $199 a month for up to 10,000 orders, and Elite at $499 for up to 20,000 [2]. The tier uses the higher of your store orders or the upsell revenue the app made in the last 30 days, so a store whose upsells do well can land a tier higher than its order count suggests [3]. On annual billing, Scale is $149 a month and Elite $399 [2].

## Merchants

ReConvert holds 4.8 from 3,098 reviews, and 95% of ratings are five stars [1]. Recent reviews praise fast, hands-on support, quick setup and extra revenue from post-purchase offers [1]. Low ratings center on billing surprises, and two merchants objected to third-party offers on their post-purchase pages [8].

## Data

Upsell.com does not document a data export or public API, and it deletes store data within 48 hours of uninstalling [5]. Its privacy policy says data is stored and processed in the United States, Israel, the European Union and other locations, and it names no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification [7].
