Complaints worth knowing
Your data
If you uninstall, your published pages and drafts stay on your store as plain HTML, though editing them outside Shogun can strip their styling3. Shogun deletes its own data, such as analytics and form data, within 14 days of uninstall, and some files remain in your theme3. The privacy policy names no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification and does not say where data is stored4.
