The catch is that notifications need a paid plan, CSV export and the API start at Professional, and recent reviews from merchants moved over from TrackingMore report a bumpy switch1,6.

The catch is the bill: every shipment counts toward a quota, CSV export needs Premium, and above 5,000 shipments a month every plan is priced by quote2,4.
