What it does

ReturnGO is an exchange-first returns platform. Shoppers use a branded self-service portal to return or exchange items, and Shop Now lets them swap for anything in your catalogue1. Rules can approve, exchange, refund or issue credit automatically, and prepaid labels are generated for tracked returns1.

Your data

ReturnGO announced SOC 2 Type II compliance in April 20243. It says it does not store customer data directly, pulls what it needs from your store, and encrypts data in transit and at rest6. You can download RMA, credit and transaction reports as CSV files, and a REST API is available4,5. All account data, including RMAs, is deleted 48 hours after you uninstall, so export before you leave6.
