How we worked out the bill
| Store size | Per month | Arithmetic |
|---|---|---|
| Small, 300 orders | $15 | 300 orders is above Free's 200; Essential covers up to 500 for a flat $151. |
| Growing, 2,000 orders | $199 | 2,000 orders is above Standard's 1,000; Growth includes 2,500 orders for $1991. |
| Large, 10,000 orders | $1,699 | Growth $199 + (10,000 − 2,500) ÷ 100 × $20 = $199 + $1,500 = $1,699. Plus would be $999 + 25 × $5 = $1,124 a month but is billed yearly only1,3. |
